Terms & Conditions

The rates for FIT hotels are per room per night, inclusive of service charge, tax and breakfast as indicated, or otherwise stated as inclusive of service charge and taxes only.

Rates for London apartments, Australia, Canada and the USA are reconfirmed at the time of confirmation. Altair Services reserves the right to pass on any increase in rates caused by changes in the suppliers' tariff and local/government taxes.

Child Policy

A child below 12 years sharing a twin room with two adults in the UK and Europe is usually free of charge. In the USA, a maximum of 2 children will be free when sharing with 2 full-paying passengers. In Asia, a child sharing a bed with two adults in a double/twin room is usually free of charge.

Payments

A minimum non-refundable amount of GBP 50 is required for making reservations at an apartment. A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid to us in advance to secure the booking, with the balance due before arrival — exact timing will be confirmed with your quotation.

Amendment / Cancellation / Refund Policy

The cancellation deadline in general for FIT hotels is 72 hours prior to the arrival date; if cancelled within 72 hours, a one night room charge will apply. A GBP 50 cancellation fee applies to apartment bookings after reconfirmation. No-show charges cover one night plus any additional charges levied by the hotel. In-transit changes may incur an additional charge per room per night.
